  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste/Ingi poondu viluthu
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder(adjust accordingly this gives a mild sweet taste)/Milagai thool
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder/Malli thool
  • little turmeric powder/Manjal thool
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • few kasuri methi
  • Salt as required
