Ingredients

  • 1 inch cinamom stick,
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp hing
  • 1 tsp water - 2 cups tamarind pulp - 1tbsp
  • 3 tbsp Salt to taste
  • Onion (big) - 1 (sliced)
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp skp masala
  • 3. now add
  • oil
  • 5 minutes till you get a boil
  • 5 minutes remove lid and let the curry boil for another
  • 5 minutes till it reaches the consistency you need
  • 2 boiled sliced
