Ingredients

  • 9- inch baking pan
  • 1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat or all purpose flour ( I used whole wheat flour)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/ 4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  • 2. Sift all dry ingredients twice and keep it aside.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, stir in all wet ingredients
  • 35 minutes Serves
