Ingredients

  • Eggs-8 to 10
  • Turmeric powder 1 table spoon
  • Chilli powder-1 table spoon
  • (For grinding )
  • Fennel seeds -2 table spoons
  • Cashews -8 to 10
  • Poppy seeds -1/2 table spoon
  • Cinnamon-1 stick small
  • Cloves -4 to 5
  • Cardmom -1
  • For frying
  • Oil -3 spoon
  • Ghee - 2 table spoon
  • Onion-4 finely chopped
  • Green chillies 10 to 12
  • finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 2- table spoon
  • Chilli powder-2 table spoon
  • Coriander powder-2 table spoon
  • Garam masala -2table spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 table spoon
  • Curd - 4 table spoon
  • Tomato purée 1 (tomato)
  • Salt for taste
  • Coriander leaves -finely chopped
  • Kasuri methi crushed
  • Sugar little

Instructions

    Fry the boiled eggs in oil with chilli powder turmeric powder n salt after frying keep a side

    Step -2
    Add all the frying ingredients given above n fry them well keep stirring

    Add the roasted grinded masala n fry them to

    Step-3
    Cut eggs into half n add them to the masala
    Simmer for 5 min
    Add coriander leaves
    N crushed kasuri methi


    Viola it’s done serve hot with chapathi roti naan or rice ☺️💁‍♀️
