Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (boiled, shells removed and make slits lengthwise)
  • 1/2 cup warm water and extract pulp out of it
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 6 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 1 big tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 dried red chillies
