  • Boiled Eggs-3
  • onion Julienne-1
  • Carrot Julienne-2
  • Cabbage Julienne-1/4th
  • Beans Julienne-10 Nos
  • Capsicum Julienne-1
  • Tomato Julienne-1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-1tsp
  • Salt
  • Chilli Powder-1tsp
  • Coriander Powder-1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/2tsp
  • Soy Sauce-1 tbs
  • Tomato Ketchup-1 1/2tbs
  • Green Chilli Sauce-1/2tsp
  • Sugar-1/4tsp
  • Oil


    Cut the boiled eggs into halves,make slits on it and marinate it with a little salt,chilli powder,pepper powder.Take a pan add one tbs oil and shallow fry the eggs.Be careful,the eggs will splutter.

    Take another pan add the oil and add the vegetables one by one.saute,when it turns mushy add the powders one by one.roast the powders.

    Then only add the sauce one by one mix and cook it.add a little salt and sugar.mix well and add the eggs in to it.cover the eggs with the vegetables.and sprinkle some water.cover cook it for three or four minutes.

    It is good with bread.
