Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole wheat flour (Atta)
  • ½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • ½ tsp cumin powder (Jeera powder)- optional
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Warm water for kneading
  • 3-4 eggs ½ tsp red chili powder
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • 1-2 green chillies, chopped very fine – optional
  • 1 small onion, chopped very small – optional
  • A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped (cilantro)
  • Salt to taste
