Ingredients

  • 15 Mins Cook Time
  • 30 Mins Total Time
  • 8 inch Cake
  • 2-3 tbsp water add coffee powder, cocoa powder and mix well, keep aside. Grease an 8" cake pan with some butter or oil, dust with flour and tap inverted pan to remove excess flour and set aside.
  • 1/3 of flour
  • 2-3 batches for remaining flour
  • 1 tbsp of white batter, then again
  • 1 spoon cocoa batter followed by
  • 1 spoon white batter and repeat this until you finish both the batters. Tap the pan gently once or twice and bake for 30-40 mins or until a tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean, mine got baked in 35 mins so after 25 or 30 mins check the cake if not done then check after 5 mins, do this until you get clean tooth pick.
