  • 1 inch square
  • Cake Flour
  • 1 cup (250ml)
  • Condensed Milk
  • Oil
  • Icing Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Grease the cake pan with oil and then dust with flour
  • In a wide bowl, mix the pineapple juice, condensed milk, pineapple essence and
  • Then add the flour mixture and whisk well without lumps
  • You can use either fresh or tin pineapple juice
  • You can use vanilla essence instead of pineapple essence
