  • 1.5 cups Yogurt
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Tutti Frutti
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees grease and line a 8 inch cake pan. I used a 9
  • 2. Take the yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add the sugar and beat for a minute.
  • 3. Add the oil and beat again. Whisk in the vanilla extract.
  • 4. Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Or pre sift and add in small batches.
  • 6. Add the tutti frutti and fold gently
  • 180 C and bake for about 30
  • 40 minutes Start checking after 30 minutes
