Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 170 C for
  • 10 minutes Grease an
  • 8 inch pan with oil and parchment paper at the bottom
  • 45 minutes Once done, remove the cake from the oven, let it sit on the counter for
  • 5 minutes to cool
