  • 1½ cups Rice Flour (I have used roasted rice flour. Read the notes)
  • ½ tsp Salt (adjust as per taste)
  • 1 – 1½ cups Boiling Water for kneading the dough
  • 6-8 Banana leaves, cut into rectangles of about 6-8 inches width X 10-12 inches height
  •  
  • For the sweet coconut-jaggery filling
  • 1 packed cup Coconut, grated
  • ½ - ¾ cup Jaggery, grated (Adjust as per taste)
  • 4-5 Green Cardamoms, peeled and the seeds crushed to fine powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee (Optional)
