Ingredients

  • 500 grams Brinjal
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 long variety red chili, broken (optional) or can use 1
  • 3 tbsp chana dal
  • 3 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 4-5 nos red
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 tsp white
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cuts on them like
