Ingredients

  • 1 cup sama ke chawal
  • 2 tbsp sago soaked
  • 1 tbsp peanut
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh coconut grated
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2-3 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 10. Pour this tempering over cooked idlis.
  • 1. If you like to cook idlis instant just add fruit salt and stem it without
  • 2. You can also use red chili powder
  • 3. For variation add vegetable like carrot or dry fruit like cashew nut
