Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled
  • 1 cup Boiled
  • ½ cup Rajgira Flour
  • ¼ cup Roasted
  • 3-4 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Salt
  • 2. Now make a small ball from dough and press lightly using your hand palms and make patties or flat tikki, then coat the patties both side with the remaining flour.
  • 4. Now heat the griddle
