  • 3 small

  • 1 medium loaf
  • 1 tbsp I like my cakes moderately sweet
  • 1/2 cup chopped
  • 1. Take a bowl. Add flour, brown sugar, salt, nutmeg and baking powder to it. Mix with a dry fork making sure to break any brown sugar clumps.
  • 5. Take them out and let rest in moulds for 2
  • 2. You may use full fat milk for richer texture.
  • 3. You may use orange zest instead of lemon zest.
  • 4. You can use the nuts of your choice too.
  • 5. You may choose to use all purpose flour.
