Ingredients

  • 500 gms boneless chicken breast or thick cut fish (surmai or rawas)
  • 2 cups finely chopped onions.
  • 2 tb.sps coriander seeds
  • 1 tb.sp cummin seeds
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 3-4 green chillies (optional)
  • 1 tb.sp chopped garlic
  • 1 tb.sp chopped ginger
  • 5 red chillies
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp or to taste salt.
  • 2 tb.sps lime juice
  • 3 tb.sps peanut/sunflower oil
