Add the fish pieces & boil for a minute & switch off the stove. Add onion,garlic & curry leaves fry till brown,now pour the tamarind mixture & boil it till gravy is thick and oil starts to float on top

Ensure fishcurry doesn't get burnt at the bottom by slowly moving the vessel side by side. You can clean the fish pieces by rubbing it on a stone surface to remove the outer silver color
