Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp each, whole seeds
  • 1 medium red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 30 fresh curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp each
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 lb skinless halibut or any other firm fish, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp each, chopped fresh
  • 1 min Add tamarind extract or paste and
  • 1/2 cup water
