This curry taste delicious with rice or tapioca. I had some leftover of this, i reheated it and served it with dosa for breakfast and hubby went crazy over it

Heat oil in a pan temper it with above ingredients. (I used tipalia,use any fish you like). Add onion,garlic & curry leaves fry till brown,now pour the tamarind mixture & boil it till gravy is thick and oil starts to float on top
