Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 pieces fried fish
  • 2 onions, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, ground
  • 1 small piece of ginger, peeled and ground to a paste
  • 2 tomatoes, eyes removed and sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 level tbs coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 3 tbs mustard oil
