pepper powder-1\4 tsp salt-1\2 tsp oil-2 tsp
tomato-1 big Red chilly powder- 1 n 1\2 tsp coriander powder-2 tsp turmeric powder-1\2 tsp jeera powder-1\2 tsp ( can also use whole pepper)
mustard seeds-1 tsp methi/fenugreek seeds-1\2 tsp onion-1,chopped
chopped garlic-2 tsp green chilly-2,slited
a tsp of oil fry onion and tomato for few minutes then transfer it to a plate.Dry roast all the powder one by one for just a few seconds (be careful not to burn the masala powders).Cool a bit.
