Ingredients

  • 15 Minutes Inactive Time
  • 45 Minutes Cooking Time
  • 20 Minutes Servings
  • 4 medium sized white fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup chilled beer
  • 1/2 cup chilled soda water
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup flour,chilled beer, soda water,baking powder and salt in a bowl,whisk it very well with hand whisker or fork unyil well combined, cover the bowl with cling film or airtight lif and keep this batter in the fridge for 2 hours wrap fish fillets with kitchen towels for 30 minutes
  • 1 cup chilled soda or ice water instead
  • 1/2 cup chilled beer and
  • 1/2 cup chilled soda water.
