  • 15 mins Makes a big bottle.

  • 1. In a dry pan first add flaxseeds and roast till it sounds popping out. set aside.
  • 3. In the same pan add in chutney dal,tamarind and asafoetida
  • 4. cool everything and grind in batches.
  • 5. In a dry pan roast the salt for a while to remove any moisture and add to the ground powder. (by doing so the powder remains fresh for months.)
