Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fleshy White Fish or jumbo Prawns (I used Pangasius)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 100 grams Chickpeas Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground Ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground Garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
  • Juice of half a Lime
  • ½ teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil to pan-fry
