Fusilli pasta in tomato sauce

  • 1 cup Tomato-3
  • 2. Cook fusilli until becomes firm. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.
  • 3. In the meantime,heat water in another vessel and add tomatoes to it.
  • 5. Remove the vessel from the flame once you add red chillies.
  • 6. Once the tomatoes cool peel the skin and make a fine puree with tomatoes and red chillies.
  • 7. In a pan add olive oil and finely saute garlic and onion till they turn golden brown.
  • 8. Add the pureed tomato
  • 10. Add fusilli to the sauce and toss it after switching off the flame.Ensure that the entire quantity of pasta has been coated well with the sauce.
