  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1/4 black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp parsley dry or fresh
  • 1/4 tsp basil dry or fresh
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 th cup mawa
