Ingredients

  • 1 finely chopped
  • 5-6 cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - 5-6
  • 1 tbsp Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander - for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp Salt - As required
  • 1. Finely chop carrots, onion and garlic cloves
  • 2. In a frying pan heat oil on a medium flame. When the oil is moderately heated, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili and finely chopped ginger.
  • 4. Add the chopped carrots and peas
  • 6. Add roasted peanut powder and mix well
  • 7. Cook this for another 2
