Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp for making dough and 2 tbsp for shallow frying gatte)
  • 1/3 tsp or as per taste
  • 1/4 cup or little less
  • 1 inch and
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 11/2 cup or as required
  • 1/4 cup or little less water to make a nice and soft dough.
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 min on medium heat
  • 11/2 cup of plain water or the remaining water that we kept earlier . Mix it very well.
