  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 small tspn brown mustard seeds
  • 0.5 tspn cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tspn black gram dal (urad dal)
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • pinch asafoetida
  • 2 tspn ghee
