  • Oil : 1tbsp
  • Chillies : 6-7
  • Mustard : 1tsp
  • Aseofetida : 1pinch
  • Curry Leaves : 1string
  • Garlic : 2pieces
  • Turmeric : 1tsp
  • Lemon: Few Drops
  • Salt : As Per Taste
  • Sugar : 1tsp
  • Tamarind Paste : 1tbsp
  • Roasted Gram Powder : 1tbsp
  • Coriander : Little
  • Onion : 3
  • Tomatoes : 2


    1. Put 1tsp oil in tawa and fry slited green chillies for 5-8mints n take it out n sprinkle salt n keep a side

    2. In a wok put oil after oil heats put mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, crushed garlic cloves, curry leaves, aseofetida powder, turmeric powder n saute for few secs and put onion, salt n saute for 2-3 mints n put sugar, tamarind paste n den saute it
    Masala ready

    3. Take a round shaped vessal to mix everything 1st put puffed rice in vessal n den masala , roasted gram powder, chopped tomatoes n mix it
    Almost Girmit is ready

    4. For serving take a plate put girmit upon that chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, sev n lemon drops n fried salted green chillies
    Girmitt ready to serve

    Serve with mirchi bajji
