  • 1/2 cup Masoordal
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 nos Dry red chillies
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Green chillies (slit opened)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (chopped finely)
  • Salt
  • Ghee
