I wanted to do something with Wheat rava and something different from upma. Wheat rava / rawa - 1 cup. Coconut gratings - 2 tablespoon (optional). Bengal gram dhal - 2 tablespoon (soaked in water for 1 hour). Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon. Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon. bengal gram dhal - 1 teaspoon. Oil - 2 teaspoon. Red chillies - 3 (cut into 1/2 inch pieces). Curry leaves - 10. when the upma is ready to be handled make a small lemon size ball and steam it in idli plate for 7-10 mins (when you touch it shouldn't stick to your hand)
