Ingredients

  • 10 mins cooking time
  • flour-1\
  • 3 cup corn flour-1 tbsp ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp chilly powder-1\2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp onion-1 very finely chopped (you can also onion part of spring onions)

  • 2 tsp soya sauce-1 tsp salt- to taste
  • 2. In a mixing bowl all the ingredients except cauliflower in " for frying the florets".Add water and make a paste.Heat oil in a pan.Dip each florets in the prepared batter and drop it into the hot oil.Fry till it becomes crispy.Drain it and do the same for all florets.
  • 4. Add in both sauce and salt.Add in fried pieces and toss well till it coats on all sides.Lastly add green leaves of spring onions and switch off.
