corn flour-1 tbsp ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp chilly powder-1\2 tsp salt to taste

onion-1 very finely chopped (you can also onion part of spring onions)

soya sauce-1 tsp salt- to taste
2. In
a mixing bowl all the ingredients except cauliflower in " for frying the florets".Add water and make a paste.Heat oil in a pan.Dip each florets in the prepared batter and drop it into the hot oil.Fry till it becomes crispy.Drain it and do the same for all florets.
4. Add
in both sauce and salt.Add in fried pieces and toss well till it coats on all sides.Lastly add green leaves of spring onions and switch off.

Tomake batter, add All-purpose flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Black Pepper and Water to a small bowl. Add Ketchup and Red Chili Sauce and cook until Oil starts to separate from mixture
Gobimanchurian is an Indo chinese cuisine prepared with cauliflowers, flours, spices and sauce. Then, add the onions to it and sauté until onions become translucent
