corn flour-1 tbsp ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp chilly powder-1\2 tsp salt to taste
onion-1 very finely chopped (you can also onion part of spring onions)
soya sauce-1 tsp salt- to taste
a mixing bowl all the ingredients except cauliflower in " for frying the florets".Add water and make a paste.Heat oil in a pan.Dip each florets in the prepared batter and drop it into the hot oil.Fry till it becomes crispy.Drain it and do the same for all florets.
