This is a perfect evening snack to serve with any variety of chutney and Coffee / Tea. On those series, my recent makeover recipe was GobiPakora using leftover Tomato - Chilli chutney
It makes a perfect snack or side dish with fried rice, noodles etc, I rarely make this and whenever I do, I never get a chance to click, it happens with most of my Indo-Chinese Recipes, we attack the food immediately that there's no time to take pictures and I end up with only step wise photos
GobiPakora/Cauliflower Pakoda goes well with Tomato sauce, Green chutney, and Coriander chutney. What I have made is a basic pakorawith no spices or masala added to it but you can always alter it according to your taste
Let’s get started with the GobiPakora recipe, cauliflower pakoda recipe. It’s nothing but the Indian fritters made with the gobi and coated with besan batter and fried to perfection
The gravy can be served with fried rice, noodles or even with roti and naan. I came across the ChilliGobi recipe at World of tastes and tried it recently
Marinate the cleaned cauliflower florets with salt and pepper powder, that way even the florets gets salt when pakora is prepared else the floret within will not have enough salt and spices once pakora is prepared
Serve cauliflower or gobipakoras hot with tomato sauce, green chutney or coffee. Cauliflower pakoda or pakoras is a very easy to make deep fried Indian snack made with cauliflower, gram flour, rice flour and spices
Crispy, Crunchy, Goodness with every bite. So I thought of making some Pakoras out of it. I have been playing PEEK-A BOO with this Fellow for about a week now, passing by several times a day while it was laying in my veggie basket by my kitchen window
Drain all excess water and marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, ginger -garlic paste and mix the cornflour while frying and shallow fry on low flame till golden brown
