Ingredients

  • 1/2 cut into bite sized florets
  • 1/2 cup Oil to deep fry
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp (if not available finely chopped ginger and garlic also could be used)
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp water
