Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups tightly packed sorrel leaves (neatly washed).
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4-5 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 small
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp oil
  • leaves
  • 3-4 minutes or till the leaves tender
