  • 1 bell pepper , any color
  • 3 green chillies or to taste, Split into two
  • 1/2 cup crackled wheat rava
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Minced cilantro as needed

  • For Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 string curry leaves
  • 1 /2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp urad dhal
  • 2 tsp channa dhal
