Upma Kozhukattai, usually it's made with idli rava or broken rice ( semolina ), but we can do it with broken wheat ( godhumai rava or even with millet semolina too )

I used to help amma draw kolam (Rangoli / designs drawn on the floor with special white powder). Several others make one more payasam/kheer/pudding as a separate dessert
Stir once or twice and leave it in low flame until you reach the perfect upma consistency. Now drop our broken wheat when the water in pan starts bubbling
