  • 2 Cups Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Raisins
  • 2 Green chillies, finely chopped & crushed
  • 3 sprigs of Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig of Curry leaves
  • A generous pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
