Whenever I feel lazy to cook the first idea which comes to my mind is Oven baked Tandoori chicken. Tandoori chicken is a popular Indian, Bangladeshi and Pakistani dish consisting of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices
Grind the onions, garlic, ginger, poppy seeds, cashew, tomatoes, greenchillies into a smooth paste. Half slit the boiled eggs vertically and add them gently to the gravy and the green peas
Boil the chicken pieces with tandoori masala, garlic, salt and yoghurt, add little water if needed. Add the watery contents of the boiled chicken and cook till it is nicely done
hot, try using the large greenchillies. Chillichicken is a party food, finger food, comfort food and I’m not sure how many more categories it falls into

This tandoori chicken is super quick, and perfect for any occasion, whether it be a bbq (or cookout, as we say here in the South), or an everyday dinner
Greenchillies as per taste. To be straight forward i added the green chutney in the chicken. The herb that i basically used in this dish are the fresh bunch of green coriander leaves and a bunch of fresh mint leaves
Baby corn Chilly is another lovely Chinese starter. Very simple to make and yet very tasty. Baby corn is easily available in all vegetable shops these days and that too throughout the year, so this is one starter which you could make quickly and enjoy anytime
Greenchillies – 4 (cut those halves). Red crushed chilli – 1 tbsp. Take a wok and put 1 ½ tbsp oil, then put chopped ginger garlic and fry till sauté, then put mutton and fry until the colour changes to white, then put yogurt, turmeric, garama masala, red crushed chillies and salt then mix it well. Also add tomatoes, greenchillies and 1 glass of water and let it cook until the tomato softens and meat becomes tender. 1/3 cup Turmeric powder – 1 tsp Garam masala – 1 tsp Red crushed chilli – 1 tbsp Salt – to taste
