So for this month the Southern team that I am part of was challenged by Sanoli Ghosh didi (North Team) who writes Sanoli'sKitchen with this traditionalBengali favorite GreenPeas Kachori with Spicy DumAloo
shelled greenpeas. Now add roughly groundpeasand saute till the rawnessdisappears. So I chose this yummy Kachori with DumAloo recipe which was challenge by a dear blogger friendSanoli Ghosh for the month of february and at that time I had notjoined the group
I used dried, soaked and pressure cooked greenpeasin this gravy. This subzi is prepared with simple ingredients but with a green masala, which goes for both mintandcoriander leaves

However, radhaballavi is made with chana daal paste, ginger, green chilli, fenneland bhaja masala. Wash againandgrind the lentils with green chillies , gingerand salt
greenpeas gravy. add green chillies. Then add peasand potatoes mix it well and. recipes at home is always happy and here I am postingaloo mutter gravy/potato
Add the ground masala & saute till raw smell disappears & oil separates the pan. Add the peas,potato & required water,cook till potatoes are cooked well
greencoriander for garnish. Add potatoes andpeas, soya and add water. Every one makes aloo matar, but my love for soya won't let me cook anything without it
