Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peas, fresh green peas/ frozen/ dried
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Channa masala powder
  • 4 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 Onions, roughly chopped
  • 4 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Ginger
  • 4 Green chillies, slit
  • 6 Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Curd (optionally you can use cream/ malai)
  • 2 tbsp of Butter
  • 1 tsp of Oil (optional if you are using butter)
  • 1 tsp of Jeera
  • 1 inch piece of Cinnamom
  • 1 small sprig of Curry leaves
  • 2 minutes Then add the pressure cooked peas, a pinch of sugar and cook in a low flame for about
  • 10 minutes Then add the fenugreek seeds powder or kasoori methi, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and give one complete stir
