Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee/butter/shortening
  • 1/4 cup water, more or less as needed
  • 1/3 cup of your favorite fruit and nuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sooji
  • 1/2 cup khoya (I never have khoya, you can substitute ricotta)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • oil for frying
