If yourhalwa, is sticky add it againto the panandadd some more ghee. Now add the saffronsoaked milk andagain grind toa smooth paste by stoppingatregularintervalsandadding either a tsp of water or milk
So if you makea bigger batch, you canstore this in fridge and whenever you want, you canheat it again in microwave or in asmallpanand enjoy hot or warm
So again I tried using store bought khoyaand followed the samerecipe but did not add milk, as my mom told, it might reduce the self life and the result wasawesomeand I was so happy
I used storeboughtpaneertomake this dish, if you want you canmakeyour own chennaandmake it. Paneerladoo is my latest discovery, i got this recipe from the milkmaid website and it is pretty easytomakeandtaste so yum
