  • 2 medium sized Onions
  • 1.5 cups soaked / sprouted Green Gram seeds
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • Small lemon sized Jaggary
  • Grape sized Tamarind
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 3 - 4 Red Chillies
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 3/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Pinch of Asafetida powder
  • 3 - 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 strand Curry leaves (3-4 curry leaves for Masala + Remaining for Seasoning)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
