  • Half avocado
  • 3 dates
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 4 sprigs of tulsi/holy basil leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  •  
  • Method
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and serve.
