Healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie With Chia Seeds

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream (optional)
  • 4 tbsp milk chocolate (or any chocolate options, but do not use coco powder)


    1. You need to soak the chia seeds into 1 cup milk for at least 2 hours. It will raise and soaking the milk and almost triple in quantity. You can also sock it for overnight to get perfectly pudding like texture.
    2. Now in blending jar, take 1 cup milk (any), 1 banana, 2 tbsp chocolate, 1/2 cup cream and blend them till smoothie is ready.
    3. In serving glass, add chia seeds which you have soaked perfectly. Then slice 1 banana. Place the slices of banana into chia seeds.
    4. Now add some chocolate spread at inner side of glass using brush, and put glass in freezer for 5 minutes (This is optional. It's for garnish purpose. You can also skip this step.)
    5. After 5 minutes, take out the glasses and pour the smoothie mixture in glass. Garnish with chocolate chips.
