  • 2 cups Dry Roasted Semolina (Sooji/Rava)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tea spoon ghee/oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 small Carrot finely chopped
  • 3-4 french beans finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tea spoon Mustard seeds
  • 2-3 curry leaves (Kari patta)
  • 1 tea spoon Eno powder
