- BlackEyedPeas. - 1 Cup (soaked overnight)Turmeric/ Haldi. - 1/2 TspSalt Cumin seeds. - 1/2 Medium size (roughly chopped)Ginger. - 2 TbspAll purpose flour/ Maida. - 1/4 CupGaram Masala Powder. - 1) Soak blackeyedpeas in water overnight. 3)Heat a oiled griddle/non stick pan over a medium heat. 4)When hot pour 1/4 cup of batter and spread into a even layer( like a pancake). 1/2 Medium size (roughly chopped)
