  • 5 mins Keep midday hunger pangs at bay with this delicious and healthy parfait made with yogurt, berries, granola and gluten

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1-2, sliced Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Honey - 1 tsp Sejoyia Coco-Roons cookies - 2 Toasted coconut flakes - for garnish, optional Fresh mint leaves - for garnish, optional How to: Layer yogurt, berries and granola in a glass or bowl.
